How rewards are calculated

Example: your referrals have $6,000 in eligible usage this month
- $5,000 × 3% = $150
- $1,000 × 5% = $50
You earn $200 in credits

Rules
- You earn on usage by people who create a new TokLab account through your link, for 6 months after they sign up. Existing accounts can't be referred.
- Each month, the eligible usage of all your referrals is added up and each portion earns the rate of its tier, as in the example.
- Eligible usage is limited to what your referrals have paid for with top-ups: free, bonus and promotional credits do not increase this paid top-up limit, and each paid dollar can earn a reward only once. Refunds, chargebacks and suspected abuse are handled in the monthly review.
- Each new account can be referred only once, and self-referrals are not allowed. Your link is remembered in the visitor's browser for up to 30 days; the first eligible referral link counts while it remains valid and saved in that browser.
- Monthly statements become eligible for review seven days after the month ends (UTC). Approved rewards are added to your TokLab balance as credits; review and crediting times may vary. Cash payouts are not available.
- Statements involving self-referral, fake accounts, misleading promotion or other abuse may be rejected and the promoter account suspended. After suspension, new sign-ups and usage no longer qualify for rewards; eligible usage from before suspension remains subject to review.
